Our History
Providing HVAC Services in NC and SC
Price Services Heating and Air is an HVAC company owned and operated by Brian Price. Our offices are located in Columbus, NC and Boiling Springs, SC.
Brian started his heating and air career in 1989. Sanders Brothers Inc gave him his start as a commercial/industrial service technician. After having his first child in 1993, Brian decided it was time to take a job closer to home, which would allow him to have more time with his family. In September of 1993, Brian began working for Barton Brothers Inc.
In 1999, The Spartanburg County Building Code Department asked Brian to join their team as a building code enforcement officer. So, he became certified as a mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and building inspector. In addition to those certifications, Brian also gained a certificate in Fire Inspection.
After working as an inspector for six years, Brian decided it was time to take a big step and start his own business. He wanted to to serve in the field he was most passionate about, HVAC. As a result, in 2005, Brian Price Heating and Air was established. With 1 worker and a truck, he began doing small hvac jobs for friends and family. As the years progressed, work became more abundant and the business began to blossom.

Expanding the Family HVAC Business
In 2012, the decision was made to change the company name to Price Services Heating and Air. This would pave the way for Brian’s son Ethan to become a co-owner. Their hope is to one day expand the company beyond HVAC and into a full service mechanical, plumbing and electrical company.
Ethan has been with the company from the first day. He spent many summers and evenings helping his Dad install heating and air systems. In 2014, Ethan became a full-time employee. The company was pleased to have his full-time commitment and we look forward to Ethan carrying on the family business.

Brian Price
Owner
Brian has over 25 years experience. He holds mechanical licenses in both North and South Carolina. He is certified in duct designs and air distribution. Brian also holds a building contractor’s licenses in both North and South Carolina.
Ethan Price
General Manager
Ethan has over 11 years of experience. He received his HVAC and Refrigeration Certificate from Spartanburg Community College in 2014. He is also certified in duct installation and design
Emily
Office Manager
Emily has been the office manager for eight years. She specializes in HVAC accounts and customer support. She is a certified HVAC Load calculation specialist.
Elijah
Service Manager
Elijah has over six years of experience in HVAC. He serves as a Service technician. He offers thorough service and support to each customer.
Wesley
Lead Installer
Wesley has been with us for over six years and serves on our install team. He provides a quality installation on every project. He is trained in new construction as well as retrofits.
Hunter
Lead Installer
Hunter is part of the installation crew. He has shown quick progress in his ability to get the job done efficiently and with quality. He is trained in both new construction and retrofits.
Kyle
Service Technician
Kyle has been with Price Services for over a year. He is crossed trained in electrical and HVAC. Kyle serves as one of our highest call volume technicians with the ability to multitask under pressure making him a vital asset to our team.
Zach
Service Technician
Zach has been with Price Services for two years. He provides quick and effective solutions to each customer for residential or commercial applications. Zach guarantees customer satisfaction whether handling complex technical issues or routine service requests.
Brooks
Service Technician
Brooks has been a valued member of Price Services for over a year, serving as a service technician and assisting with installations as needed, showcasing his versatility and multi-skilled expertise. In addition to his hands-on experience, Brooks holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management.
Preston
Installer
Preston is a member of the installation crew and has been with Price Services for two years.
Tyler
Installer
Tyler is a member of the installation crew and has been with Price Services for over a year, and has been doing HVAC for 14 years.
Natalie
Maintenance Coordinator
Natalie is our maintenance coordinator. She oversees all Priority Service members. Scheduling appointments and renewing contracts. Priority members are in the best hands with Natalie.
Morgan
Sales/Marketing
Morgan has been apart of our team for five years, providing exceptional inside sales service by assisting customers with replacement quotes and new construction needs. In addition to her sales role, she manages all marketing efforts for Price Services, including overseeing our social media presence.
Corey
Sales
Corey has been with us for five years, currently serving as our outside sales representative. He meets with homeowners and contractors on-site to thoroughly address their needs and requests. Having previously worked in our service and install departments, Corey has a deep understanding of all aspects of the trade. Additionally, he holds an Associate‘s Degree in Business Management.
Brooklin
Service Coordinator
Brooklin is the newest member of the Price Services Team. She coordinates the schedule and orders any parts that may be needed. She is the friendly voice of the company offering the best service to each customer.
